After searching around on Microsoft's Web site, I found that Windows 2000 uses the system monitor, not the performance monitor like Windows NT does. I found about five articles that I hope will show me how to do what I want. I wish that the online help would have documented the steps in the same how-to fashion.

Mike

The printed and online VF Programmer's Guide give instructions for using the perfmon performance monitor tool. The instructions given are correct for Windows NT, but not for Windows 2000. It seems that the design and layout of perfmon's application window have changed in Windows 2000.

Does anybody know where I can get an updated version of these instructions? I can't set up perfmon and get it to work for Windows 2000 like I did with Windows NT. I tried to use 2000's online help, but it's not helping me.

Mike
