Hardware Design Help (Experiance Needed)

Alright, so ive no clue where to post this, but here seams good.

Ive been working on this project for about two years all together, and now am needing help. Details will be given AS NEEDED ONLY.

Here it goes:

PROJECT: Hurricane/ The Grid

Object of Question: The Tower

Summery: The Tower is the brain, it will comprise of experimental memory, and a processor, as well as readers (don't ask as it is uninvolved at the current time). This "Tower" as named by the stacking of items in order to cut out on un nessary optics and of un needed parts. e.g. Motherboard/ROM/RAM.

Problem: Needing a processor to be the "Penthouse" of The Tower. It will need to be able to process optics and anything by witch will need "redirection" among The Tower and To souce from the Bank (Memeory so named for the experimental nature of it (Don't Ask)). A normal processor will not dew for just such nature as it has no "Traditional" place to be placed or the nature by witch it is to be used in such a high manner.
