topic Setting up Parallel Studio in Software Archive

Support:

I recently purchased this product for scientific computational
projects involving Fortran, C and C++ and often all three.

First there is apparently no one I can talk to for support and I understood
that this product came with support for one year. An open forum is not
"support".

Second the only installed templates are Fortran templates in which I was able
to create a "hello world" executable and run it successfully. I
do understand that the Fortran template is actually a C template. So I edited the file and successfully recompiled
it as a C program but I cannot find the executable.

Third is there someway to install C and C++
templates? These are not currently
options in new projects including under online templates

Fourth, I had no problem doing the same tasks using Eclipse
and Photran and thats bloody free!

Peter Rieke
