Let me know if you still have issues. I have also sent you a private message letting you know what your login-id is, just FYI&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Accessing Intel Premier Support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently renewed my support for the Fortran compiler and now I can't access my premier support account. I get the message &lt;EM&gt;I don't have a user account and get no reply from the quadsupport mailbox. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I think the issue relate to my account ID being changed and the new licence using the old account. I can still access the registration centre and download the latest version.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I and my spftware supplier can't find anybody at intel to talk to about this.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
