moving a license

First I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I was directed to these forums by Intel support, so I hope it's OK.

I am using Composer XE and Amplifier but the license is registered to an employee who left the company. I would like to use the Premium Support and other benefits left in the employee's subscription, so I am assuming I need to re-register the product under my name. I explained this to the regular Intel support folks via email and they advised joining these forums.

How can I re-register my products or is there another solution to this issue?
