topic Product Registration in Software Archive

I own both the Linux and Windows versions of Parallel Studio. When I runthe upgrade icon it takes me to the Intel website and shows the registration for the platform I am currently using. However, if I log in with my ID it never shows the correct product listing of the products I own. It did at one point, and sometimes it is correct. If I try and re-register the products it seem to only irritate the website even more.
