We can transfers licenses across the same email domain. If this applies, let me know your former coworker's email address and the serial number. Please answer via 'Send Author A Message' (to protect confidential data).

Regards, Hubert.

license move

I am using Composer XE and Amplifier but the license is registered to an employee who left the company. I would like to use the Premium Support and other benefits left in the employee's subscription, so I am assuming I need to re-register the product under my name. I explained this to the regular Intel support folks via email and they advised joining these forums.

How can I re-register my products or is there another solution to this issue?

Thanks in advance!
