Does CentOS6.4 64bit can be sppported by MIC?

CentOS equivalents of the supported Red Hat versions are known to work. If you mean CentOS 6.4, you would need the MPSS installation for Red Hat 6.4 (which I haven't seen), or you would need to attempt a rebuild of the micro-os kernel. I think an earlier CentOS would be a better bet.
