    <description>Is there a solution converting OPENVMS ISAM file operations for the PC Platform?  I am interested in rewriting an application from OPENVMS Fortran to Windows NT/2000/XP using Visual Fortran.  I love ISAM - but have been told it does not/will not exist for the Windows platform.</description>
