Problem with Fortran license

I asked for an extension of evaluation period for Visual Fortran Composer for Windows and was told by Intel support to apply for a new evaluation copy, which I did. However when I downloaded and installed the package, I am still unable to compile my Fortran source code.

I am now getting this error:

ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license

Error: A license for FCompW could not be obtained

Your license has expired.

Please help.
