Parallel Studio license questions

Hello,

I have the following two questions:

We plan to have virtualized development workstations i.e. Linux images containing all software for development. We plan to buy 2x licenses of Parallel Studio because there would be 2 of us using it. Is there a licensing restriction against installing in a virtualized environment?
Our production system consist of a linux Red Hat enterprise cluster of 3 blade servers (within a HP c7000 blade enclosure) of course this is seen as one system. Do we need to pay 3 licenses or just one license? of the runtime environment i.e. Intel XE Composer Linux.
