error shutting down AVD with HAXM

i defined a new API17 AVD with an x86 CPU, after installing HAXM.

when shutting down the device from the emulator ("holding down" the power button and seecting shutdown, then confirming) i get this printed to the eclipse console:

2)Kill the avd process
3)restart eclipse
