      <description>The IMSL libraries are part of Visual Fortran Professional Edition and are installed by default.  If you have the Standard Edition, the least expensive way to obtain IMSL is to buy the Edition Upgrade, QB-5UDAB-PA.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steve</description>
