topic Using dflib to make cygwin(unix) executable in Software Archive

I am trying to use windows libraries like dflib to compile fortran routines from cygwin(windows unix)- I wonder whether anybody knows how to bring that library in the cygwin environment and what to add in the makefile to reflect that. CYGWIN resides on the Win98 pc as a folder. I am looking to use routines like ISTATUS = GetWSizeQQ( QWIN$FRAMEWINDOW, QWIN$SIZECURR, qwi ) as well as DFLIB. How to go about it?

Thanks,
Dilip Paul
