Cordova Windows 8 build problem

Hi!

I tried to build an App to win phone 8.1.
I add my Publisher ID and Publisher Display Name. After build I got a zip file but I do not how to use. How can I test/deploy on my phone?

It's not clear how long it will take to restore a Windows 8 Phone build system. We're working on replacing it with a Cordova Windows 8 Phone build system. Company policy does not allow me to quote release dates or publish product roadmaps -- but I can say that the issue is being actively worked on by engineering.
