[HELP] In enableIoT.com, "My Chart" cannot be displayed normally.

Hello everyone:

I did IoT test follow https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/530661

At the beginning, all is working correctly.When i test it use "iotkit-admin observation temp 35",the "enableiot.com" can receive data(figure 1) ,but "My Chart" cannot be displayed normally(figure 2).

What should i do now?

Does this problem still occur? Did you try to retrieve the data for other periods (e.g. last year)?

Hi Yizho,

I had the same experience, but with some guidance I found that from "My Dashboard" next to "Total Observations there is a settings icon. Click that to select your observations period to be "Total".
