Let me check. Sounds like you tried to use the Intel® Software Manager to download the update?

Regards, Hubert.

Good Morning,...

Good Morning,

I've got the same issue as above, i've got a problem with the licence file download and need to submit a ticket.

We've just updated the maintenance on our Intel Fortran and would normally be able to download the updated licence fiel for activating the workstations, but although the licence is showing as green and active the download symbol has a grey speach bubble with an I, when I higlight the symbol it says somthing like the the licence for this 'serial number has expired'.

Any help in enabling me to submit a ticket would be great.

Thanks in advance

James

Thanks for looking at this,

Thanks for looking at this,

I've logged onto my account withing the - registrationcenter.intel.com

I then clicked on the latest version of Fortran, and would normally have clicked on the licenses tab and resend myself the licence file. But the box is greyed out and shows the licence is inactive, yet the status is active and unable to re-licence the code that was emailed through.

Any Assistance would be welcome.

Thanks
