Strangely I do not seem to be able to do the same with the MKL(Version: 10.2 Build: 3). I would have thought as long I was paying maintenance, we could get the latest and greatest of any of the codes that I have licenses for. (I check the feature line in my license file and I have MKL listed).

Thanks,

Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

You don't mention which platform you are using. I see you have both Windows* and Linux* platforms registered.
The Compiler Suite product is basically a combination of the C++ Professional and the Fortran Professional products. The Professional products have the MKL integrated into the Professional download and installation package. There is no separate download for the MKL in the 11.1 product. A listing of what is included in the package can be found at the following link.

http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/which-version-of-ipp--mkl--tbb-is-installed-with-intel-compiler-professional-edition/

Chuck

Hi Chuck; I am in the same situation. We have a Linux professional edition license (not suite, just C++/MKL/IPP), and I can download the 11.1 installer, but I can't download MKL 10.2 update 3 (which is released *after* the date of 11.1) and which apparently has important fixes. How can I get that? I really need the separate MKL especially as I have serious troubles installing the full 11.1 (but that's for another post).

Note that the link you gave above doesn't work, it gives a 404 error.

ok, sorry to reply to myself; I found the article you referenced and indeed MKL 10.2 update3 is in 11.1. I'd still like a separate install if possible though.

Hi Donald,

Both the Professional and Suite products are the same as far as being able to download and install sparate components. They can only be upgraded as a package.
