1995 causing error starting demo errors

After upgrading to release 1995 (and having the latest build on my iPhone, released May 14, 2015), whenever I try to start up an app over Wifi, I get two errors:

The first is "Error starting demo"

The second is "App installation failed: Downloaded app bundle does not contain an index.html file"

It *does* have index.html in the program, and on-Mac emulation works fine.

Help?

Hi,

I am new to intel XDK. I face the same issue when I try to launch my HTML app. It is working on the emulator, I have index.html in my source folder. When I try to publish and test the app using preview app, I face this "App installation failed: Downloaded app bundle does not contain an index.html file" issue. Please help

@Aaron, @Ravi, It is not much clear where you are having problem - Testing with App Preview or with a Built app. Most likely looks like you are facing issues with running your app on App Preview.

1) if you are trying to run via wifi then make sure your host machine (where you are running Intel XDK) and your mobile device (where you are running App Preview) are on the same wifi.

2) When you are testing your app, preserve the www folder structure that is provided in the templates or demo apps

Please list the steps you are following before you get the message : "App installation failed: Downloaded app bundle does not contain an index.html file".
