&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My organisation purchased the Intel Compiler Suite Professional Edition with 5 years support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have just tried to register for support so that I can download updates for these products but received the following message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error, contact &lt;A tabindex="1" href="https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/SelfHelp.aspx?lang=en"&gt;Technical Support&lt;/A&gt; to report the issue."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Nobody here has registered previously so we cannot determine what has happened.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise on how I can register to receive the relevant updates.&lt;/P&gt;
