Amrita,

I am using XDK 1878 running on Windows 8.1. I created a new blank HTML5+Cordova project with App Designer selected. This creates the project and opens Brackets. The dialog asking what framework to use does not come up. The weird thing is that in the project view it shows that the Framework used is JQuery Mobile even if I did not get to make a selection, The project does not contain the JQM scripts and css.

This is also happening on XDK 1878 running on Ubuntu 14.04.

I created a blank HTML5 + Cordova project, then when asked to select a framework, I chose JQuery Mobile. The project created does not add the framework scripts. XDK used to include the JQM scripts on project create before.

Hello,

Which XDK version are you using? Because when i recreated this same app it does contain JQM.

Try to reopen the XDK and redo the same process again
