Failure for Infra Red and depth camera modes

Our Real sense camera has arrived and we believe it to be faulty. The camera installs correctly and I'm able to acquire the colour streams correctly, however the IR and depth modes fail with a "Memory allocation failure", "stopped with code [-102]". I'm using an i7 4th gen processor, 16GB RAM, USB 3, Windows 8.1

Any help would be much appreciated

The same trouble occured. I bought new notebook for the purpose of realsense development, but I cannnot do nothing.

1. PC Spec

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)
System Manufacturer: MouseComputer/G81 (Japan)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 + NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M

2. case

Camera Viewer(C++) : Error. (Console window appeared,but close any second.)
3dseg(C++):Error.(After Selecting profile to use(0-4), close console window.)
Emotion Viewer OK.
Face Tracking(C++): Error. (Init Failed.)
Hand Viewer(C++):Error.(Init Failed.)
Mask Utils(C++):Error(Init Failed.)
Raw Streams(C++): Color OK.Depth and IR failed.
Capture Viewer:Color OK. Depth and IR Stream cannot view.
What is problem? NoteBook Spec? Sensor trouble? SDK? I don't identify the source of trouble.

Can you please confirm that the name of your User directory has ONLY English alphabet characters - no numbers and no non English characters?

User directory, Local disc drive, Program FIles(x86), these path characters are made by English only.

And, I use USB 3.0 port.

Could you give me any other advice?
