Please Help !

I have a Intel GMA 4500M , i use to have 256 allocated memory, some many games were running normally, but since i updated my os to win 7, i only have 64 memory allocated, and game are nor running or running slow ( i can't choose medium quality of graphic in pes 2010 for example)
i heard about regulating the dvmt, but i don't know how to do
so please help
