    <description>&lt;P&gt;My computer won't detect the cam at all and I don't know if theres something wrong with my computer or the cam itself. I've looked at other posts with the same problem but couldn't find any information that was would help me, so I'm making my own post on here about my problem.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have a Intel Core 1-4210U Processor and my computer is an Acer Aspire E5-571 and I'm using Windows 8.1&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happened with me too. My issue was I used a USB 2.0 port instead of a 3.0. Do check and let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
