That is a project within another division of Intel. Crosswalk for Android started the same and it took some time to get it integrated. This is not an announcement, nor should you infer that Crosswalk for iOS is coming :)

Has anyone in this forum used Crosswalk-iOS? It is not an option for XDK.

I moved an XDK project source with slight modification and now use HTML5 + Cordova plugins. Still learning, but it seems promising.

Crosswalk is currently for Android. There is no option to build Crosswalk for iOS.

True, XDK does not have the option, however I am taking about a different open source project. Take a look at GitHUB. Crosswalk does exist for iOS! Here is the link: https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk-ios

My question is has anyone in this forum used it?

There is a new project named XWebView which seems forked from crosswalk-ios. Its interface looks better.

There is a Crosswalk for iOS project out there, no guarantees that it will turn into something real. Note that just like Chrome on iOS, the Crosswalk for iOS project also uses the native iOS webview, it does not replace the webview as is done in Android. So the real value on that platform is much more limited compared to the Android platform. There is a new higher performance webview include in iOS that the newer versions of Cordova support, but it only works on iOS 8 devices.
