Hi,

I am having trouble with the upgrade to my IVF 9.1. I work for Dow, my product is registered under wmsmithjr@dow.com. I am told that this is a valid license and that the renewalshould havebeen purchased along with several others licenses under Dow. I have not received a new serial number for the upprade to 11.1. I am told that I registered 9.1 I would get an email with a new serial # for 11.1? What needs to be done to resolve this issue? Any help would be great!

You may contact your reseller to get the renewal serial numbers. After that you need to firstly register the serial number at our Registration Center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/) to receive the registration email with the license file.
