I currently have a IVF 11.1 license. I need upate some codes which are written in Compaq Visual Fortran. In order to avoid problems, I want to directly wirte code in CVF.Can I use Compaq Fortan direcly if I have a IVF license? Where and how can I buy a compaq fortran license if I need the license?

Hi Shenglan,
I am not sure if you can get Compaq Fortran license from us. I believe the product has been end-of-lifed. I will get back to you if have any updates on this one or if I can suggest a workaround.

Hi Shenglan,

An update: Intel does not support the Compaq Fortran product. It is owned by another vendor but we don't maintain that information, I would try doing a Google search for "Compaq Fortran license". Hope this helps.

Thanks for the update. I do find another vendor online when I do the google search. Since it's an old product and HP doesn't own it now. I am wondering if the online seller is the authorized reseller.
