Errors using both builds.

I'm working on an app and decided to build it to see the in app ads in action and I was told to see that happen I need to build the app, however I had two issues when building. When I tried the legacy build it ran successfully and created the APK which when I put on my device and tried installing gave me the error "Unfortunately, package installer has stopped.". So I decided to try and use the Cordova build for Android and it gave me the following error:

I require the plugins above unless there are working alternatives to these which I can use.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This looks like you are using the additions.xml file to add the plugins. Please use the plugin manager on the Projects tab to add your plugins.

Thank you very much Paul, that helped me fix the issue it now builds and works. The only issue I'm having is that it isn't the most up to date code please see this link.
