Problem registering license

I recently renewed my Intel Fortran.

However when I try to install the latest version of Fortran and enter my serial number, get an activation code and go to the remote activation page the site states that the license is expired. Any ideas on how to resovle this?

This was handled privately. The root cause was a renewal that had been applied to a license, so it was not available to be renewed again.
