I have been using intel visual fortran for some years now, but have never had a reason to access premier support before now. I now find that, when I try to access premier support, I am directed to this web page: https://ssso.intel.com/noaccess/noaccess.htm ("Not Authorized to Access"). My current license for Parallel Studio XE Composer (Fortran) is valid until September 2016. I would appreciate assistance in accessing the premier support service.

Justin.
