topic Renewing SingleUser License in Software Archive

I'm having trouble with a Windows license renewal. I bought a NodeLocked SSR from a reseller because that was the only "single user" option available, but the registration center is rejecting it. After poking around a while it appears that my old license was SingleUser, not NodeLocked, but I can't find a renewal option for SingleUser on either a reseller's web site or Intel's.

Can you confirm that I need a SingleUser SSR rather than NodeLocked and tell me where to find it?

Thanks,
Ron

There is a separate forum for registration and licensing help, where you should get quicker response. You could give details about your license in a private post there.
