I have bougth2008a license of Intel Math Kernel Library for Windows. 2009 and 2010 a bougth a Service & Support Renewal. In My Account I see "Expired: 03 May 2009". If I try to enter the seral number of the 2009 and 2010 Service & Support Renewal. I get the message:

All of your matching serial numbers have already been renewed. You may register only one serial number beyond your currently supported serial number.

This week I bought a upgrade from MKL to "Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows". Now I got a e-mail with a licensefile:

"Thank you for renewing your support services for the Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows*. Your new renewal license file (.lic file) is attached to this email. It entitles you to Intel Premier Support services and product updates through May 03, 2010."

For 2010???

With this license file I'm not able to install the Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows.

Please may you help me?
