License Assignemnt Transfer

I would like to initiate a license assignment transfer for 2 newly renewed Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Linux licenses. Please initiate a private forum thread so I can provide the serial number and developer name information. Thank you in advance for your help with this.

I have same question regarding license transfer outside of our company.

But this is more presale related as we wish to purchase Intel Composer software now and transfer at a later date to a different organization. Can I view the transfer form prior to purchase?
