App Preview login page doesn't load

Hi.

I'm connected to a wifi network on my android phone and sites like google and youtube load fine. But when I open App Preview and click Login, the Android browser opens and I get:

The webpage at https://sfederation.intel.com/federation/XDK_App_Center.asp might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

So I can't login. Any ideas?

Note: I wanted to try using Chrome instead of Android Browser but I can't figure out how to make Chrome the default browser on my phone.

Edit: I reinstalled App Preview but that didn't help.

Edit: The problems continue ;) . I tried logging in to XDK on my desktop PC now, and I got "ERROR: access denied". I assumed I may have forgotten password (although I last reset it an hour ago), so I clicked "forgot your password?". Then I got "Error recovering password".

Note that I've logged in to XDK successfully before (a year and a half ago) and in the same time period have logged in to App Preview (though on another phone).

Do you have the latest version of both the XDK and App Preview installed on the your devices?

XDK wasn't latest. Updating it fixed the login issue there.

App Preview was already latest. The login issue there fixed itself though. Seems to be related to these two tweets:
