Serial Number is no longer valid

Hello, I hopesomeone can help, I work for Siemens and our IT department loaded 11.1 build 67 in October 2010 onto my laptop, I thensuccessfully loaded Composer XE 12.0.1.127in December 2010 andhave todaydownloaded latest compilerversion (link in Intel's update email to me). The bad news is I cannot activate the compileras get "Serial Number is no longer valid" when I pastethe "activation code" generated by the installer from my Serial Number into the web-form. I think the serial # should be valid, can you advise me how best to proceed?

If you know the support account, or the license hasn't yet been registered, it may be worth while to go to https://registrationcenter.intel.com and ask for a fresh license. If there is a question about expiration dates involved, you should be able to get faster assistance on the companion licensing forum.

solved now, mostly my fault because I did not realise that last time I upgraded,a newserial number was issued.
