Serial Number dose not work. (Intel Parallel Studio XE, Fortran)

I bought a copy of Intel Parallel Studio XE (Fortran)

The seller gave me a serial number. But it doesn't work.

The seller said "The fortran has been upgraded and you should get a new serial number at Intel website.".

I tried to get a new serial number. But I cannot make an account because my serial number is old.

To get a new serial number, I should log in Intel website.

But I cannot log in the site because I cannot make my account with old serial number.

How can I get a new serial number?

Please help me.

You should be able to have an account in Intel(R) Registration Center, even though your serial number is old.
