topic Camera Disconnects (USB ding) issues? Try this in Software Archive

This is just something to try for those of you having "disconnect" issues with your camera - where you either hear a ding of disconnecting an external device or if the camera works for awhile and stops and you have to unplug/replug or reload.
Please look under your installed WINDOWS software (Control Panel > Programs > View installed updates > (bunch of KB#s)
Look for KB2995388 (probably dated Nov 2014) and try uninstalling it..
OR check you Usbstor.sys file and see if it's dated 30-Aug-14 - if so roll back to earlier version.
THEN REBOOT.
I'm not sure this will work, just helped on the one machine we were able to recreate a USB problem on a USB3 port.
