Parallel Studio XE 2013 SP1 Issue

I work in a closed facility using offline machines, recently one of these machines required a rebuild, we have installed all the required software except for the Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 SP1 package. Reason being when a valid license key (in hand) is entered the offline machines directs me to a write an additional code out (which i have done) enter it into the https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RemoteActivation.aspx site. After entry of the second code, this website produces a third code called the unlock code. I have done this 3 times today, and had people double check my values, but I have only gotten an error stating that "the response entered is incorrect". I need some assistance to navigate through this issue as we are a service oriented team working for a customer who is requesting access to this tool.

Thanks

BB
