inconsistent authentication code

Hi all,

started up flexlm on our linux box like so:

su - flexlm11 -c '"/opt/intel/flexlm/lmgrd" "-c" "/linopt/intel/licenses/intel.products.lic" "-l" "/tmp/intel.flexlm.log" ' 2>&1

in the logs it states:

16:43:41 (INTEL) Unable to initialize access to trusted storage: 2
16:43:41 (INTEL) FLEXnet Licensing version v11.10.0.0 build 95001 x64_lsb
16:43:41 (INTEL) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)

etc etc

We've got:

1 valid license for Amplifier
1 expired license of Amplifier
1 valid license for Inspector:

the invalid license key seems to match the license we just bought.

Any ideas what I can do resolve it?
