Serial Number not Working

I installed Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for Fortran and C++ on my computer, and when I entered my license key, it was reported as invalid. I tried this from both the installer and Intel Software Manager.

Can you help me fix this?

Hello,

For some reason the installer is unable to obtain the hostID of your system needed for activation. Please use installation with license file. This article explains how to obtain license file:
