App Designer not working

Hey guys. I love the XDK a whole lot. Am a newbie just from Phonegap, in that I got the XDK just a few hours ago but was able to make a HTML5 app. My App Designer isn't working. I have tried everything to re-installing and restarts, to no avail. I was hoping you guys could help. I load up a new project and immediately I get to appbuilder and the app framework it just loads an incessant and unrelenting LOADING screen. It's been like that for alomst three hours now. Please, anyone, HELP!

Hi Stephen,

Are you getting this same issues with other frameworks? If you haven't tested can you please try. Because I am able to build an app which is of app framework. Let me know if you have any other question

Stephen,

Try reloading App Designer using the refresh button with two arrows on it that is to the left of the trash can on the toolbar.

If that doesn't work, can you .zip up and upload your project?
