Cannot install drivers Intel realsense R2000

I tried to install drivers for R2000 but I got an error when updating the firmware (which is mandatory).

Error code: -3

The OS is Windows 7 64 bits, is it supported? May be this the cause of the error?

Hi Arturo,

Windows 7 is not supported. You need Win8.1 or Win10

I have the same problem, however, I'm running Windows 10 PRO, XEON i7 [35xx], 6GB ram.

This is a great idea and product, but a shame for INTEL for such a crappy support.

I can't get the camera updated, the camera crashes all the time - provided samples work

just once, then a reboot or camera disconnect is needed.

HELP US INTEL!!!
