Essa é a configuração do meu notebook

Windows 8.1
USB 3.0
Core I3 4th
4 GB RAM
718 GB FREE

Estou usando a Intel Real Sense SDK 2014 , Camera (f200), Eu consigo usar SpeechRecognition e FaceRecognation, tranquilo.

Mas quando tento rodar o Gesture Recognation dá erro, a camera até pisca; o 'POWER LED INDICATOR'

mesmo se eu tentar rodar os exemplos da própria SDK dá erro assim mesmo.

Alguém poderia me ajudar ?

It seems that the camera is working as a normal webcam (audio works, normal color camera works), but not the 3D part.

First, is your machine 64 bits?, or 32 bits? the SDK requires 64 bits.

Second, maybe there is a power supply problem. The 3D part of the camera consumes a lot of power, and some USB slots can't handle that. Try connecting it to another USB 3.0, or use a powered USB3.0 hub.

Are you holding your hands up to the camera with the palms facing towards the camera, and holding them close enough to the camera? If you have your hands below the view of the camera lens (for example, lower than the top of your desk) then the camera cannot detect them. Also, even if you are holding your hands up in front of the camera you may need to move the palms closer to the camera before they are detected.
