I have a customer who wants to download the FlexLM license manager. I can't "see" if it's available via the normal download site.

Customer is getting this error screen that states:

We are unable to registrations/downloads matching this request.

I have been having the exact same problem for over a MONTH now and no support (even though it was paid for!) from Intel yet.

PLEASE supply a VALID download link for the FLEX license manager.

Dave and Len,

The Intel License Manager for FLEXlm* is available to customers with floating licenses in the Intel Registration Center.

If you have already registered your floating licenses,see thislink for instructions on accessingIntel License Manager for FLEXlm*

IF you have not yet registered your floating licenses, this explains the license registration process.

Thats right, the problem of accessing the download and installing it has been resolved. The problem is now that despite FLEXlm being installed our developers cant use it. They report the following: Using the host = dev-fs and port = 28518 I get a 'The license file provided is invalid' error in the installation.

Ive pasted in the diagnostics from the license server in my previous email (see below) which I hope would help you troubleshoot our issue.

Please let me know if you need additional information.
