Hand tracking not working

Hello,

I'm having problem to get the hand tracking samples to work. I've tried all of them and none had worked. But face detection seems to work fine. I also notice, when I use the capture viewer, I need to stream the RGB camera first otherwise it won't work. Anyone else is having this problem?

I'm running the SDK in windows 8.1pro on a macbook pro it has 16gb memory and I have connect the camera via a powered usb hub because otherwise it won't work at all.

Any help would be great!

I just have to ask why would the inclusion of a number cause trouble?... I understand anything that is not ASCII for example... but a number seems harmless enough...

Maybe they use the username as a variable?, that would mean not starting with a number... but other than that it should be alright...

I changed my username to string but still not successful.I realize that in order to get streams from the depth sensor I have to turn on the stream for the RGB camera first otherwise the camera will disconnect. Anyone else has the same problem?
