Please check internet connectivity on your Galaxy. If everything is correct then I would update the App Preview. The latest version is 2.3, use that and let us know if it still does not work.

App Preview doesn't work

Hi,

I was using Intel XDK and Intel App Preview in my Samsung Galaxy S3 to develop an app for several weeks without any problem, but this week I can't launch the apps in the "Server Apps" tab on the Intel App Preview, nor the test ones nor the final app.

I can see my projects, and if I go to the App Dev Center web I can see there all my apps, as in the App Preview, but when I try to launch one of them, after use te "Push files" button in the "Test" tab of the Intel XDK, I got this error:

Error

Unable to retreibe app from the cloud server.

Did you use the Test tab in the Intel XDK to push/synch projects files to the server?

Yes, I did. But I still can't launch the app.

Is there any kind of error in the App Preview? Do I have to downoload a new versión from Google play? Any ideas?

Thanks in advice.

Hi Swati!

I've got 4G connectivity and it is working fine for other issues.

I had the 2.3.0 version of de App Preview, so I remove it and reinstall the app.

Unfortunately, after doing that I coldn't log in into the app, so I try changing my password but still can't log in. I'm going to wait a time in case the new password still doesn't work, but I don't know what happend, until now I didn't have any problems with the app or the XDK.

Jose

Hello Swati!

Yes, I can.

When I open the App Preview it goes to the "Server Apps" tab without request the login information, so I think that it's properly load now.

I also can launch the apps and operate with them without any problem.

Thanks.
