      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I go about exchanging my dev kit for a new one?&amp;nbsp; Mine is broken and locks up after about 20 seconds of use over and over and over and over.&amp;nbsp; I've reformatted my machine 3 times now and also tried the latest FW that was recently released.&amp;nbsp; Please help, I want to working SDK, this has been a huge waste of money so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
