Cant download driver for graphics card

Hey everyone, I wanted to upgrade my driver, I have tried a multitude of drivers, but everytime i download, the setup says "this computer does't meet the minimum requirements for this download" or something like that. Please Help!

Hi the driver ID 0x8086 0x0116 is for Intel HD Graphics 3000. I had the same issue that the driver from the Toshiba website would not install, however I have found a working version on the Intel website.
