&lt;P&gt;I don't see any node locked license under your registrations. I guess you mean a named-user license (formerly also known as single-user license). If this is the case, you don't need to change the licnese file. Just copy the license file from the existing machine and keep it ready for re-installation on the reimaged machine and use activaion option 'User alternative option .... Use license file'.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help, let me know your serial number of this license (please answer via "Send Author A Message").&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Transfer Node Locked License</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a node locked license to Vtune&amp;nbsp;cpp_studio_xe_2013_update1&amp;nbsp; We will be reimaging the machine and changing the ip address.&amp;nbsp; We do not have a maintenance contract.&amp;nbsp; Would it be possible to get a new license key issued?&lt;/P&gt;
