I am currently a Computer Science major student. I don't have any student mail, how can I get a copy of Intel C++ compiler Student Edition?

You can visit this link https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-education-offerings and select "Student" Tab and download the Intel parallel Studio XE.

but it requires a "Student mail",I don't have any student mail...
